The rules that govern your use of the flowaxis.ai marketing site.
1. Acceptance
By using the flowaxis.ai site, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms cover the marketing site; our clients' use of the FlowAxisTM application is governed by a separate service agreement.
2. The service
This site presents FlowAxis, a product published by StemJee Inc. It is informational and lets you contact us or book a demo. The content is provided for general information and may change without notice.
3. Intellectual property
The FlowAxis trademark, the StemJee name, the logos, text, visuals and code on this site are protected and remain the property of StemJee Inc. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify or reuse them without our written permission, except for reasonable personal viewing.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:
- attempt unauthorized access, disrupt it or overload it;
- transmit unlawful, misleading or malicious content;
- scrape its content at scale by automated means without permission.
5. Forms and communications
When you fill out a form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate. How we handle that information is described in our privacy policy.
6. Third-party links and services
The site may link to third-party services (for example the Calendly booking tool). We are not responsible for their content or practices; your use of them is subject to their own terms.
7. No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and accessible, but we do not guarantee that it is error-free or continuously available.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, StemJee Inc. is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of the judicial district of Gatineau, Quebec, Canada.

We may change these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page, as of the date below.
